Sad to see the condition of Mumbai, being financial capital of India, but it is a natural disaster. Much could have been be done by municipal corporation of Mumbai & energy ministry to improve safety of people living in Mumbai.
One must bear that India is one of the fast developing nations in the world and has opened up its door to rest of the world. Hence, India as a whole, needs drastic improvements in its infrastructure, which depends on our political leaders.
