We are talking lot about this rain from last tuesday. but mumbai seen this kind of rain so many times in past. we have to blame the buerocrats, our so called selfish politicians and the persond who are responciable in city devlopment. the basic infrastrcture in mumbai is still same what we had during british raj. we should hand over this country for out future back to british or americans so that we can compare with there level of devlopment. Now we are actuly in 19th century and want to go to 18th. this is the way of our devlopment.
