I totally agree with Mr. Nitin Shukla. Mumbai will grow only when the inflow reduces. Mumbai has reached a saturation point. It is very critically balanced. It can not accomodate any more inflow.



When Mother Earth can not bear the load, it creates some natural calamity to reduce the load. Think about it: Tsunami, earth quakes, floods ..... and it is further aggrevated by mis-management.
