There we go again! All this talk about the 'spirit of Mumbai' is great. And its all so very convenient to blame the government the BMC the Beaurocracy - the only one missing is the 'foreign hand'. Can we for ONCE look inward and apportion at least PART of the blame on us, the denizens of the city who have littered, abused and mistreated every piece of infrastructrue (admitedly not much) provided by the wholly incompetent government. But then, as a wise person once said: THE PEOPLE GET THE GOVERNMENT THEY DESERVE!
