The BMC, supposed to be the main back bone of the City is controlled by the Oppn.party, who will not sincerely wish to overcome the trubles immedtely. Even at the blood and flesh of the poor they expect to reap rich harvestin the next election. Similarly the ruling elite wanted to show their accusing finger towards inaction of the BMC at this crucial juncture and beg for vote to save in the next flood.
