I am of the opinion that people should stop blaming RAIN, its a natural process and in India we have rainy season ..the problem lies with in the ambit of Civil Engineers who did not take RAIN into consideration while constructing buildings else we should have avoided these kind of natural calamities ...I feel when government is so sleepy about mumbai then what would happen to city like kanpur ??? God help kanpurites !!! regrd samir
