Its not a new situation. Everytime any dissater hits any part of the country, there is always a system failure and loss of lives and infrastructre. Goverment has made it a habbit. There is no initiative for avoiding disasters. Infact I sometimes feel that may be the grant for help of the victims is misused by the authorities and may be because of this they wish for more disasters.
Corruption has now trapped each and every part of the government. Seeing the current scenario, I wish we should have been under the british rule. We don't deserve independence. If we deserve it then it should have been under a dictator or under army like China. But for sure, We don't deserve democracy.
