it would be a better civic sense that we stop blaming govt on wat happened last tuesday and thereafter in Maharashtra.it was a once in century kind of event and it would be better if everybody start playing their roles effectively.afterall its we who form the govt and its machinery.we are policeman we are railwaynam and somebody from us is a minister. if still we blame only the govt then its high time that we Indians do a introspection for the kind of civsense we are left with.
