Secular Bluff
by Bharat Dandekar on May 01, 2005 09:12 AM

Nice article âThe strange case of Zahira & Teestaâ by Sandhya Jain mentioning how the secularists have exaggerated the Gujarat Riots. Even the claims of Mr. Sreekumar or Mr. Mandar also seem to be hollow as they are loyal politically as per their cast from their home state. In fact the Gujarat Government had hired the services of Mr. K. P. S. Gill who is from different background and not known to BJP sympathizer, for controlling the situation. He has not found any objectionable order or any act from the government. In fact, in the same Gujarat, longer communal riots had taken place during Mr. Hitendra Mehtaâs chief ministerial tenure in 1972 and also during Mr. Solankiâs chief ministerial tenure in 1982 though at those times there was no cruel incidence like Godhra happened. Secularists and their friendly NGOs have only used this situation to mint more money. It seams that NHRC is a gang of such people who are not allowing outsiders in their organization. So they are objecting to Mr. P. C. Sharma (Retired C. B. I. head) to head NHRC which was turned down by court yesterday. Now several reporters like Sandhya Jain write such articles, let the judgments go against NGO+Secularists combine, let the their anti-Hindu propaganda stop, the point is un attended that NGO+Secularists combine have minted money in all these affairs.
