Eventhough I agree with the article to some extent, I would judge it as biased. Not biased because the author likes Modi or BJP etc.,. Biased because there has been so much negativity (and exaggeration) about the post-riots episode, she seems to have explored only the positive aspects in it.
But I agree with her on Modi's visa denial. US seems to have some other plans for India, than the ones that are apparent. Beware !!
