Regarding the punishment

Dear Sirs,

Definitely this kind of people should be punished severly.The police should be role models for the public.If the police men who should guard the public,is committing mistakes and if he is not punished,then it is something like LAW ITSELF THROWS SOW FOR CRIME.
He should be hanged immediately with out any delay in the case.
