There is always a bad apple in a basket of apples. There are bad police men too, likewise in our society, with whom we interact on every day basis. However, we as human being should be able to control our desires and emotions, or be considered as animals. Wearing skimpy clothes does not attract rape, as there is no recorded trend around the world that, women are raped because of their dressing sense. Children, mothers, nuns and sisters are raped. Even in conservative countries like Saudi Arabia, women are raped, and there such men are hanged regularly too. In fact, women wearing fashionable and revealing dress, are educated, brave, and able to manage themselves quite well, in any given situation. The victims are the weak and uneducated who are not able to read the minds of such men. Strict punishment is a deterent, and I believe that these culprits should be thrown to the public for judgement, rather than taking them to court and wasting our countries money and resource, with no meaningful outcome. I understand that 99% of such men are acquitted in Indian Courts - what a waste !!
