In India - a land of severe poverty and horrible destitution, white foreigners are unquestioningly welcomed to create charitable bodies to serve these miserable outcaste masses - because their own governments and peoples have refused do anything to mitigate their hellish existence. So these foreigners who are treated as gods are free to do as they please.
