The so-called self anointed intellectuals , and progressive upholders of the cause of Western lobbies always indulge in their lackeyhood and their servility to the disinformation of the Nuclear Haves , that the Poor ( all ,too poor, and too many ,readily agreed by all) do not gain anything by Nuclear Shield Enterprise by by Nuclear Have-Nots like India. I condemn this as most errant Nonsense.The fact is that no country can have radical nuclear Shield without seriously upgrading its grass-roots technical skills at population levels in several tiered industrializations, that are called for, simultaneously. We should see that it leads to Agricultural and manufacturing revolutions also while seeking to develop credible delivery systems of rockets , submarines and inter-cotinental flying Machines.To achieve such a gigantic venture we do overhaul our lackadaisical captive small protected industrial ventures.So we must not listen to motivated Disinformation , launched by paid lackeys of Global Estt.D.
