this s a simple case of country's soverignty and can not be linked to poverty or otherwise. there is, ofcourse, so much to be done for poors of our country, but that doesn't mean a tread-off between it and soverignty. a poor man cannot do anything with the nuke bomb so as the rich man for sure, but a nuke bomb can help us not to bow down to any other country's unreasonable demands of occupying our mother land.
