Terrorism or for that matter any form of extreme violence political or religious can be only dealt by law and Order..
a) Demand that the local Policed commissioner of your city be elected by people and appointed by Politicians. b) The Elected PC should be only for 2 year terms c) Demand for a new educated police and they should ne under a different branch but in the same pin code. So you can halve the old police and also the this new brach of new police in the same Pin code... Let the market force (i.e. people decide who they should approach for justice) d) The new branch police should be heavily marketed as people's police and they should have full transparecy..
e) Finally Every city should fund separate branch which is dedicated to terrorism..
f) Demand for computerization of addresses of each and every person. The address should be in the format used in US (2 line address).
g) Finger prints and photo should be tied to the address.
h) Demand for putting cameras at main Religious sites and public gatherings.. Last 6 months of survellance should be stored as mandatory...
In future these local databases can be linked and one day any terrorist act would be impossible in India..
