We have a law in which death penalty is awarded for murder under section sec302 but if we dont do thorough investigation and implement the law correctly than these laws remain in the books. 100 of laws are made and are not implemented. Our childeren repeteadly make same mistakes, we tell them next time you will be punished, but we never punish them.
