India Needs China behind it's nuclear ambitions; else China will finish off India's nuclear hopes with intense lobbying both in US & Commies in India.!! Tibet is being weighed against the Nuclear Deal & as but obviously the larger interest will prevail ! China gets Tibet, India gets the Nuclear Deal, Peace !!
