since india has 110 crore people obvioulsy more murders will be there, and china is not in the list. if it would have been there i am sure it will be no 1 cos of communists there who rule by an iron grip and anyone who goes against the govt over there will be killed instantly. and china doesnt even release its crime figures.
india should be compared with countries with equal population.
