why do we forget to add Malnutrition and disease deaths? Floods and storms? Droughts? Also, on the counterargument, deaths in US by road accidents? Murder is very bad obviously, but deaths in other forms are equally devastating. And when they can be prevented, if they are not, that is a mistake. India is a hidden anarchy. So are many "democratic" countries. US is a hidden monarchy, with radical powers in the hands of the few rulers.
