Well, it may not be enough if educated people just vote. They too have shown in ample measure that they tolerate corruption just like their lesser educated fellow countrymen.
The very mindset of the commoner towards corruption ought to change - from lukewarm concern or even indifference to acute sensitiveness and intolerance. The commoner ought to understand with conviction that nothing else is remotely as important as making and keeping those in authority always accountable for his well being, for preserving the vitality of society and for securing the common man's future in this country.
History has real and innumerable examples that show that it is the commoner who suffers the most and for the longest period whenever there is societal decay or a political convulsion or anarchy of any kind. It would be naive to imagine that we have emerged into a kind of post historical phase where the lessons of history will not matter.
