Because the Police is corrupt, the CBI is not acting as an 'autonomous' body, but acting as an accredited agent of the ruling party and the judiciary is disposing of cases in a 'super snail' speed. And possibly behind every murder you will find an MLA, MLC, or MP -- who control the investigating bodies! Take a list of unsolved murder casesin the past ten years, you will find the answer. Remedy, none in sight, but the Judiciary can fix a strict timelimit for these cases, and no postponement for frivolous reasons -- and if the police or cbi investigation is tardy the persons should be recommended for immediate dismissal!
