No need to read the article. The title itself is BuShi. No doubt crime is increasing across the Indian society, but you foolish author, don't call India the capital of world crime. We still have laws that don't allow free use of guns like in US where innocent college and school students are shot in dozens. We are still better than those idiots but we are going the west way for sure.
