When ever Muslims Target Hindus where hindus are in Minority, The Reply Should be Given by Hindus in Places where Hindus are in Majority.

As per Koran, It directed the Muslims to be Good when in Minority and Cruel when in Majority.

Therefore, That is the Simple, Right and Logical Retaliation.
