I have some questions-can our respected National security advisor and foreign secretary answer my question?At present we have 22 Nuclear power plants-14 of these plants will not be direct supervision of theInternational Atomic power organisation? Have we not declare to USA for which plants India is taking raw materials? Will any country allow or disclose to others of their high security secrets? Will we be allowed to use our Natural resources without restriction? What will happen if India does Nuclear Test?
