Reason for hurry is obviously simple. So if you were not in tearing hurry to write and think, you would have got them. This will be a big mile stone for both Manmohan and Bush. You could take ages to understand and talking to political parties and keep coming up with conspiracy theories and never get anything done and then cry about why there is so much inaction etc in India. Or you could let important people study the deal and go through which is what MM did. Why could Left get somebody to get oaths etc if they were so concerned?
Now there is a talk of 40000 MW by 2020 and 25% by 2050 so that is a big number. Sooner we start, sooner we will get there. Or we could keep on pondering in paralysed state and miss the bus yet again..
