RE:RE:RE:Gorkhaland is a must

You guys cite examples of Jharkand and Chattisgarh as separate states. Since they are very rich in natural resources like iron ore, bauxite, mica, aluminium, zinc, copper, even uranium , diamonds these states can generate revenue and attract investment from private industries such as Mittal and Jindal. Uttarakhand is still lagging. Mussorie which is a hill station like Darjeeling is far too backward. Hardly any good schools and no colleges at all. Only Dehra Dun has some good schools like the famous Doon School - unfortunately it was founded by a famous Bengali too. So show the resources and the revenue. Even setting up a Small Scale Industry requires lots of clearance from the government and proper feasibilty study by the bank and government before they can extend some loan as part of the project cost rest 25 to 30% you have to get the money from your pocket. The same is true for a State or a district too. Man, I tell you we are living in a free economy. No more socialist set up. You wish to get your own ship you must learn to sail on your own steam, don't expect your Daddy to fund it for whatever reason, be it pleasure or commercial. Although some politicians were thinking that by having small states they can keep them weak so that the Centre remains strong, much on ther principle of divide and Rule adopted for small kingdoms in British India. But these small states are unable to fight the Naxalites, since police force is inadequate. Very Small states are bad for India.
