"Now they have let the whole country down in acynical opposition to a deal which would have made India strong and prosperous" - Yes by being US poodle and sacrificing our independence we would grow strong and prosperous, I am not sure about country but congree would surely become prosperous after this deal as we SP has already become after Amar Singh returned from US and understood the whole deal in half hour.
