RE:Nuclear Policy
by amit anand on Jul 11, 2008 09:52 AM

Well, the nuclear deal might prove to be a boon for the country but anyone who feels that it is the only issue which would figure on the top during the next general elections must be grossly mistaken. Govt. has failed badly in controlling inflation / price rise, has introduced further reservations in institutes of repute for cheap political mileage, has failed to curb the growing menace of terrorism, the home minister has proved to be the weakest link in the govt. No attempts have been made to control naxalites movements. If one reviews the over all security scenario in the country over the past 4 yeras it has deteriorated to a serious extent. Congress must reply to the nation on these issues as well. The hoax of Communalism can't secure them votes all the times.
