It is absurd to have a punishment plan if India tests a Nuclear Device from within its own non-civilian technology. Incase we do test, the consequences could result in a total loss of the huge investment. If this is not NPT by the back door, what is?
Besides, till date the Govt has not indicated what will be the price of the power so produced (give the fact the investment is so high). What will be the break even?. Will it be economically viable for the aam aadmi?
