I feel that the PM and the Congress are taking a hasty decision. i remember a similar event when the then P.M Mr. V.P. Singh signed an agreement during the GATT period which came back to haunt us 16-17 yrs later when our pharma sector could not leverage their low cost advantage to import and sell to African & Latin American countries. Therefore, i feel we should not be hasty and go in to the details of the agreement.
