it is easy to fantacize about these things. You yourself want to be in NJ and not in India and you think other brighter guys want to be in ISRO, dream on. If ISRO/DRDO etc are working, it is due to old people. In 60s/70s/80s joining a public sector company in india was the best thing one could do. It is no longer the case and govt is slow in responding. Once the old generation retires, ISRO can be thrashed.
