@Saugata Banerjee from your reply I got another Point.
5. They make their own targets to achieve, and indians jst compare their rank with othrs on achievements which others have gained 20-30 years before.(Your comparison of India at 7 and america at 14(though americas rank is nt correct) in corrupt nations make me realise this point. Why Indians cant think tht thy need to get ahead of othrs. Why always people here get satisfied by comparison. That means we always search for Xcuse not a solution)
