ITS JAMMU where there have been power shutdowns and no cabel tv. It seems that the governor and goventment of J&K are trying hard to curb jammu from basic facilities. Even now the only thing about which givernor is worried about is to make sure that supply to Kashmir is restored. He is not at all worried about how the people of JAMMU are suffering.
