Kashmir wrongly posted in Rediff

Rediff cannot distinguish between Jammu and Kashmir.
unrest is in Jammu and not in Kashmir valley.
Rediff seems to be biased in not mentioning anything about Jammu.
Pls redefine that" Unrest Continues in JAMMU"
