Bufoon in Dil Se takes the cake

Rajnikanth and Chiranjeevi - certainly among the overrated lot.
In Northie/Hindi movies, i do not know the name. Can safely say, most of them are overrated. But the bufoon who came as hero in Dil se definitely takes the cake.
