I think the Tamil Nadu Government and the Tamil Political parties are showing no signs of education these days. They are triggerring unwanted issues and inviting trouble for the tamil people living all over the world...
You should see the amount of taunting the Tamil people are suffering cos of some stupid people.
First, it was the agitation against Hindi... Result: Throughout India, people talk/understand Hindi and ONE state, that HATES Hindi!
Second, the agitation against English movie names. Result: All producers and directors running to tamil professors to find a translation to the name of the movie they are making.... Rudiculous Rule!
Third, "moral" police, running around booking every couple they see on the road. Even married people, were booked and demanded marriage certificates as a proof that they are married and not 'lovers' - how do u expect ppl to carry the marriage certificates when they go to Park and Beach...?
Now, the dress code.... Scan the tamil movies for over last three decades and see the dress code.... the language in the songs, the double language in movies.... etc.
Unfortunately, TN is one of the states where there are a lot of educated ppl....
I hope this would change, or else Tamil ppl will be scoffed at for the mistakes that a bunch of uneducated politicians are making!
