Dear Friend, 1. The place she visited is Maharstrian koli Area and All Kolis stay in Jhopdis in that area. 2. The Area belongs to Christians and Maharastrian Community.
I supprt your idea of giving Identity card to those coming to Mumbai like work permit, education permit, temorary permit. But do you this is just like dream bcs congress is more intrested in Muslim Votes and majority of Bangladeshi migrants are helped by Congress to get ration Cards I have seen politicians doing that. So first kick out congress. The best e.g. is delhi where this concept was put in dust bin withiin 2 days of announcement
