Why dont you get back all the maharashtrians settled in other states back to maharashtra first.. I dont think they have the right to go and settle in other states (or other countries)either. What do you think you are gonna achieve by all this? Do you want to break the country apart, or do you wanna separate out? Do you think you can survive with only the so called Marathi's living in there?
