hey maan, bye the way shes actually from bengal :) ala mamata banerjee... so you see where the spirit comes from? ;) if you see UPites.. you will find them restrained mostly.. professional people. amitabh is a good example. you hardly hear upites/ biharis complaining. they do their work, get the money and send it back to their villages...
