Sitting at the table doesn't make you a diner, unless you eat some of what's on that plate. Being here in UP doesn't make you an UPite. Being born here in Bengal doesn't make you a Bengali. So stop being Mother Jaya unncessarily..if you really want to be a true UPite come and solve our issues and problems faced by the junta here due to the goonda raj harvested by your party.
