PEOPLE CAN SPEAK IN HINDI OR ENGLISH IN FUNCTIONS AND NOT ANY REGIONAL LANGUAGE COZ HINDI /ENGLISH ARE UNSERSTOOD BY ALMOST ALL THE PEOPLE IN INDIA.
