LOL, Cauvery water is needed by TN not for drinking. They need it for irrigation in rural areas adjoining Thanjavur belt. TN gets ample drinking water in its own catchment areas and from Krishna river of friendly AP state.
By the way if you plan to send gallons of urine towards TN please tell when, so that TN can build a dam to generate additional power and recyle it for manure. Becoz it will be an ecological disaster and possibilities of deadly diseases (Aids cannot be ruled out as its prominent in Bengaluru).
