He or any other individual would MAKE not beg,borrow,steal and this is out toiling, swollowing humiliations in life, sacrificing so many things to succeed. The point everyone in TN was trying to make is not water but the way in which the matter is being treated for political gains. Even Rajini was trying to make the same to everyone including TN politicians.
