it is those Khonadogs create problem... since they have rivals with all the neighbouring states for eg. Karnataka vs. TN over Cauvery, Karnataka vs. MH over Belgaum, Karnataka vs. Kerala over Kasargod, Karnataka vs. Goa over water, Karnataka vs. AP over water
