What i know is Hogenical is a part of Tamil nadu. when i recently visited there i could see everything written in Tamil and Tamil Transport and everything in Tamil. so what i understood is that belongs to Tamil nadu and the water is not flowing to Karnataka from there. Why there is a problem if Tamilians does something to distribute drinking water there.? Correct me if iam wrong
