Cetral govt. is having all the details of Dawood and yet is unable to capture him as the hands of its laws are not long enough to nab him, what a shame! 5.which state spread regionalism in this country No state spreads regionalism. All states except Maharshtra were very vocal and concious of the regional pride till date and now Maharshtra has realised this.
