Hi Suresh, If you have not seen the movie "Gues who is coming for dinner" in which Sidney Poiteer has acted, I suggest you see that. To cut the story short in that his father and a white girl's father or both against the marriage. His father says that he has worked hard and educated him to become a doctor... To which he says that it was a dad's duty for producing him and the dad does not own him. Same goes for girls too.
