I agree with Sen for the first time ever
by Jim on Nov 23, 2007 11:01 PM

I watched the movie here in the bay area last night and I agree with every single thing Sen said. This is the most bizzarre and stupid movie you can find.

Racism exists but on in Football!!! The west has already decided that MONEY is more important than race. England cricket team has Monty, Borapara, Mark Ramprakash, Vikram Solanki, Sajid Mahmood etc. All have been given unlimited opportunity to prove themselves.

This movie targets the wrong part of the system to show racism. Actual racism exists in middle class where people dont want their jobs taken away. They believe that it is a white country and white people need to keep their jobs which are high paying (anything around 6 figures).

To an extent that cannot be called racism either. It is survivalism. This point is important because the entire movie is based on this racism crap.

As for acting, well you know what to expect from wooden face John Abraham! Arshad Warsi was OK. I agree with Sen on Bipasha. The point he made on that lotion rubbing stuff is so true.

Finally, my thoughts about asian identity in a different country: You left your home and went to another country. You went looking for a living believing that the country you went to has better opportunity. So, shut up and keep your identity to your home and go do what you came to the country to do. This talk shown in this film makes these idiots look like lechers! Stupid concepts and stupid people making crap movies.
