Look at Bangalore's Real estates price, why did they go up? It is only becos of brainy Norties got huge money from IT companies and they could afford to buy at high cost. SO the moral of the story is that 1)Norties are just brilliant in any sector. 2)IT companies fooled southies and got cheaper land. 3)tamils are biggest fools, hence instaed of concentrating of their own development, they started to develop Rajnikanth.
